As we deal with consumable food products, we follow a strict yet fair refund policy to ensure quality and safety.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged during delivery, incorrect items are received, or the product is expired at the time of delivery.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, taste preferences, or if the product has been opened or used.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with proper photo or video evidence.
