Vanilla energy protein balls

Healthy treat for sweet vanilla flavours lovers

Vanilla pleasure in the form of these balls contains several vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances. Try to prepare the balls as a little dessert for a weekend coffee or as a source of energy for a trip;)Vanilla energy protein balls pic

 

Ingredients for 12 balls

  • 2/3 cup of cashew nuts
  • 1/3 cup of gluten-free oats
  • 1 Lucuma powder cloth (it has a honey-vanilla flavour and contains iron, potassium, iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, omega acid and B group vitamins (B3))
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla protein (I used this time PEScience Vegan Select Vanilla Protein)
  • 1 tbsp of mixed flax seed flakes
  • 1/2 cup of dates (10 small pieces or 5 Medjool dates soaked)
  • 2 heaped tbs of almond butter
  • 10 drops of vanilla extract
  • tsp of 1 cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • about 1/3 cup of filtered water (dependent on consistency)
  • 2 pieces of 90% chocolate

Methode

All the ingredients except chocolate put in a blender and pour water. Blend into a smooth consistency. Finally, add chunks of chocolate and gently mix them according to our preference. Let it fall for a while and make the balls. Enjoy your healthy sweet. The best is stored the balls in the fridge.
