Tortillas are an absolutely amazing base for lots of quick and tasty treats. A gluten-free tortilla is sometimes hard to make. Try this chickpeas tortilla, it is really delicious!
Ingredients for 5 tortillas
- 130 g of chickpeas flour
- 2 tbsp of linseed melted
- pinch of salt
- 250 – 300 ml of water
Mix all the ingredients together and let it be for 10 minutes. Make 5 tortillas 👍 You can fill tortillas with vegetable, cheese, meat, prosciutto, avocado dip, or anything you love.
S&H TIP: You can also put tortillas into the freezer and then just roll it in the pan and it is like freshly made. They are also excellent as a snack at school or office.
