Fried eggs

A quick breakfast for your weekend menu

The inspiration for breakfast is never enough. Bitter eggs are one of my favourite salty weekend breakfasts. It’s a recipe also for amateurs. The whole family will love it.

Fried egg

You need

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice of wholemeal gluten-free bread, par ex. homebaked EATfit
  • 1 roll of soft goat cheese
  • vegetables according to your taste – argula, cucumber, olives, tomatoes
  • 1/4 avocado, 1 tsp ghí butter, 1 tsp olive oil


Put ghee in a heated pan, place 2 eggs or 1 size XL. Cut the vegetables, sprinkle with olive oil and serve. TIP: Once you put an egg on a warm pan, turn off the flame and let the eggs just come on. If you do not want a very crispy bottom, but still want the eggs to be stiff, bring the pan over for a while.
