Protein Bulletproof coffee is a coffee that gives you energy for morning fitness or another sport activity
I was looking for something I could give in the morning before my sports activity. I do not like breakfast right after waking up, but I find that intensive exercise (such as HIIT, fitness or longer running) does not suit me completely on my nasty stomach in the morning. I do not really give sports activity as much energy as I want. For morning yoga, outing or light jogging I have warm water with lemon, but for the more physically demanding activities, this option is insufficient for me. That’s why I tried and tried to make up this amazing drink in the form of protein coffee.
MCT fats and proteins with caffeine together deliver not only quick energy to your body but also protect muscle fibers. However, the body does not increase insulin levels due to the fact that this coffee contains almost no carbohydrates, which will be especially appreciated by those who want low glycogen levels to use for fat burning in the morning 🙂

Ingredients for 1 coffee
- 1 espresso
- 100 ml of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of cappuccino protein powder
Put all the ingredients in a powerful mixer and mix for 1 minute until delicious frothy coffee is created. Sprinkle the coffee with cinnamon.
