Black bean protein tahini spaghetti

Gluten-free protein pasta from black beans is one of the choices for quick warm vegan dinner or lunch

Ingredients for 1 serve

  • 50 g Organic protein pasta Black beans
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 champignon or champignons from a can
  • 1 handful of kale
  • For tahini dressing: 1 tbsp of tahini, 1 tsp of tamari, 1/2 tsp of fresh juice from lemon
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon

Method

Heat oven to 175 ° C. Spread tomatoes on the pan and bake. After 10 minutes add champignons sliced to the pan with tomatoes and bake it an additional 10 minutes.

Cook pasta according to the method.

Prepare the dressing – mix all ingredients for tahini dressing.

Put kale on a plate sprinkle with olive oil and lemon , add pasta, champignons, tomatoes and pour over the dressing and in the end sprinkle dish with sesame seeds. Enjoy 🙂
